Here is the type of ship Neabsco Iron work would construct. 

Neabsco iron work specializied in construction of many ships and boats. John Talyoe I preferred that the industry focuses heavily on building water transporation due to extensive network in Cheseapeake Bay and other near streams such as Rappahannock river. They worked with full line of boats, vessels, schooners, and sloops. This was not the only thing they valued, but generations later on added other enterprises that allowed them to engage in entrepreneurial endeavors.

The middle paragraphs explains some certain name of the slaves. 

Neabsco Iron Work grew very fast from the start. The workforce first consisted of a small numbers between 35 to 45 men. This had changed when more skilled and unskilled workers were hired to do certain task. From the point of controlling Occoquan Iron Works, the company had expanded rapidly and had a bigger network of slaves, certain slaves were tasked to do only ironworks. Operation for Occoquan Iron Works had been given to man named John Ballendine, whom which took control over, but didn't last to long and filed a bankruptcy.

Neabsco focus wasn't just for shipbuilding, but many other goods and services it provided. Some workers did not just stay on fields and in iron making shops, they supplied carpenters, did shoemaking, blacksmith, colliers and many more. During the American revolution, they supplied the Continental Army with high end iron products needed for war to win. John Talyoe II supplied iron for muskets, which was made at Fredericksburg, cannoballs, and naval supplies for Virginia's fleet. This iron work during this time led all they way to the war of 1812 and lasted for couple of more years post war of 1812, before dwindling. This must have happen to different enterprises emerging and producing Iron with increase in competition. Tredegar Iron Works came swiftly and supplied weapons during Civil War. Tredegar was the four biggest supplier and remained in top producing list for a while.
